Any Hartland-area group sets a schedule — one day, a date range, or a weekly/annual repeat — with shift times and how many volunteers per shift.
HAP approves
We give each submission a quick review, then it goes live with its own shareable calendar.
Neighbors pick shifts
Volunteers open the calendar, click one or more open time slots, and sign up in seconds.
Organizers get notified
Each signup emails the organizer instantly with the exact shifts, so they know who’s coming.
